You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Email contact@tbeast.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and clear instructions.

For a standard return (for example, a change of mind), the customer covers the cost of return shipping.

If the item is defective, damaged or not as described, return shipping is free — TBEAST covers it.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, you may choose either of the following:

• A full refund, or
• A free replacement product.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds usually take between 3 and 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
